About the Journal
iThrives Transactions on Computer Science and Engineering (iTT-CSE) is committed to advancing the global discourse in technology by adhering to principles of open access, scientific rigor, and ethical publishing.
Open Access Policy
iTT-CSE is an Open Access (OA) journal, meaning all articles are permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription barriers. This ensures maximum visibility and global dissemination of research. All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND), allowing non-commercial sharing while maintaining copyright integrity.
Focus and Scope (Computer Science and Engineering)
The journal accepts original research, comprehensive reviews, and technical notes that address significant theoretical and practical problems in Computer Science (algorithms, complexity, formal methods, data science) and Engineering (hardware systems, robotics, networking, software architecture, control theory). We prioritize submissions that bridge these two domains, demonstrating real-world utility and engineering innovation based on solid computational principles.
Review Process
We utilize a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. Submitted manuscripts are initially assessed by the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors for scope and quality, then sent to at least two external experts for evaluation. Our commitment is to provide authors with a first decision within 6-8 weeks of submission.
Copyright and Archiving
Authors retain the copyright to their work but grant the journal the exclusive right to publish and distribute the article under the CC BY-NC-ND license. The journal is archived through the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system and is actively participating in negotiations for inclusion in CLOCKSS to ensure permanent preservation and perpetual access to all published content.
Sponsorship Disclosure
iTT-CSE is published and managed by the iThrives Organization, a non-profit entity dedicated to promoting high-quality research and education across multiple disciplines. Publication is supported through institutional sponsorship and voluntary Article Processing Charges (APCs), which may be waived based on institutional partnerships or demonstrated financial need.
